I’ve been trying to have a gas leak fixed since November and working with this company has been a nightmare. They’ve come three different times now and still haven’t resolved the issue. My place is usually left a total mess from the visit, and tonight the technician and his manager on the phone felt that leaving a $30 mini heater was an appropriate solution for the weekend. It’s the middle of winter and I have 1,100 ft2 to heat. I’m beyond disappointed but also just really confused that two people hashed it out and were like, “for sure just give him that space heater and we’re good, bud.” Incredibly negligent work and just tone deaf.

We recently had an amazing experience and can’t thank Tod A. enough for helping us regain peace of mind after completing our furnace maintenance and diagnosis.
A technician from another company, Reliance, had told us that our furnace was unsafe — claiming it was shutting down on its own, had cracked and corroded heating coils, and was emitting carbon monoxide beyond safe levels. We were extremely worried, couldn’t sleep, and were told we needed an urgent furnace replacement — something we weren’t financially prepared for on such short notice.
Then came Francis and especially Tod A., whose experience and honesty made all the difference. Tod ran several detailed diagnostic tests, and the results were completely different — the furnace was safe, operating properly, and did not need immediate replacement.

Our gas furnace and central AC were still working fine however being 22+ years old, it was time to change them. I contacted Francis and was promptly called back and scheduled a in home consult. Our sales person Zach was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with the package that suited our needs. The price point was good and we had our install done the following week. Imad and his install team were fantastic. Good team, great attitudes, and most importantly, a quality install.

He showed me all the diagnostic information after his work and provided a copy, via e-mail, afterwards. Overall, we are very happy with Chan and the Francis team.
2023/11/30 The tech, Duy (see photo), recalled when he was last at our house to do the furnace and AC installation back 2018. He addressed all our questions and made sure we were completely happy prior to his departure.

Andrew and his crew from Francis Home did a great job of installing my furnace during one of the craziest weather weekends this winter. It was installed as an emergency and I was very pleased that they completed the work over the weekend and that they were very courteous about it as well! Our furnace has decided to stop working completely and we lived without heat for about five days. We’ve talked to number of companies and contractors as we were told we had to replace both furnace and the A/C. From the time I called the Francis Home Environment, everyone who we encountered were all very professional and genuinely kind. Zach, the advisor was very insightful and was able to get the best price for us, and the technician Dylan B. and his team were so great. After they had completed the job, when we went downstairs to check our furnace, we were amazed as the furnace and the surrounding area were so neatly cleaned and tidied-up. In addition, Dylan answered my questions sincerely and explained everything very clearly and professionally as well.
We were devastated when we found out we had to replace our furnace and A/C but Francis Home made every steps and decisions so seamless and easy for us, and we are very happy with the decisions we made.

Fall 2024 We found out the 14 year old furnace in the house we had just purchased needed a new motor plus as it was the original furnace put in by the builder when the house was built, and wasn’t of great quality, we made the decision to buy a new furnace and to buy it from Francis Home Heating. In less then 24 hours, installation was complete, the old furnace was removed, the excellent cleanup done and our house was warm again. The two technicians, Ahmad and John were excellent- worked well together, quickly and thoroughly. Very knowledgeable as well. Overall, one of the best repair experiences we had ever had. Highly recommend this company.

We needed a replacement for our over 30 year old furnace and AC. Our salesman Patrick was excellent, informative and understanding of our budget. He was able to get us a fantastic deal on furnace/AC BOGO.

Andrew and Josh did a great job on our HVAC install. They got to work immediately upon arriving, protecting our floors and stairs with fabric, and cleaning up really well after they had finished. We asked that the HVAC be relocated from the original position to a better spot in our storage/furnace room and they did a beautiful job tucking it away and back closer to the wall. Highly recommend Francis Home Environment.
